I got a strawberry and cream cheese croissont from the bakery at the market place this morning. It made me happy. Not quite as happy as it would have had it been raspberry, but it was stillq uite tasty. And then I went to City Dock and got a white chocolate candy cane latte.

My mother and I have very different ideas on lighting. I have this thing about my room not being bright enough even with all my lights turned on, and went out and bought three lights on my way back to school. My mom, on the other hand, is a huge fan of things like eating dinner only by the light of candles, and then keeping it that way. It drives me nuts.

Temperature is interesting stuff. Tomorrow it is supposed to be about 43 degrees, I can't imagine today was much warmer, cause weather doesn't seem to be shifting much, but I was happy in a sweatshirt rather than a jacket. Whereas, when winter is starting, you put your jacket on when it's warmer.

For ever and always (except that he graduated two or three years ago) there was a young man named Aaron who went to my old school. At some point, a young woman named Erin began going to The Circle School. Everyone (particularly my little brother) thought she was a little odd, cause she started kissing this gross kid. Someone began calling Aaron "Greater" and Erin "Lesser" so that confusion would be averted. I'm fairly sure it has persisted.

In Homer la-la land for Tori. Yesterday I bought the Lattimore translation of The Iliad cause I figured it might be better to use that for my Senior essay than Fagles. My Chapman is lost. Not that I was going to use it, but it's pretty, and I can't figure out where I would've put it. Right now I'm still reading Fagles, out of habit, and that's what I started this particular reread on, and I figure I ought to stick with it for a while, but then I will read Lattimore.

I'm still at home, and I'm probably going back to Annapolis on Tuesday, cause I still have stuff to do here. But. Out of force of habit when I went to weather.com and typed in a zip code, I put in 21404 instead of 17339.
