There should be more Fanta in the states. I discovered the lovely thing that is lemon Fanta (and the berry one was quite tasty as well) overseas, and I don't think I've ever seen it here. That or Lilt.

Today there was a huge storm here. There was hail and everything. The power went out, came back on within a minute, then a few minutes later went out again, and stayed out for more than 3 hours. And yet as far as I can tell, it didn't really hit anywhere other than Lewisberry. It didn't rain in York, or Dillsburg, or even just on exit going north on the highway. It was so bizarre.

So, I sat down at the computer at 2 in the morning in the hopes that there would be a Moira on AIM, but there doesn't seem to be a Moira on AIM, and this makes me sad.

I am taking a pottery class at the local community college. It feels very strange, as with the exception of one guy, the class is full of students of the community college. I feel like I'm clutching a full fledged degree to my chest as a shield everytime I go there. The hallway leading to the pottery studio feels entirely wrong, and I walk down it, and I'm find myself homesick for the long lines of the Mellon ceiling and even the stupid pink floor. And I miss being at a real school.

So, I started deleting stuff out of my email account, and I cleared it down to 56%. It hasn't been at 56% in ages and ages.

From my stepdad this morning, does anyone have any thoughts.
Tori,
A couple years ago we featured a Maryland artist, Daniel Vong, in
our
promotional calendar. This year he and we are doing one for sale.
The theme is Annapolis and has his soft cutesy humorous pen and
watercolor illustrations in usually recognizable Annapolis locations.
Mark is planning on calling on stores in the Annapolis area and I
thought you might know of establishments on which he should call.
The other thing I suggested is that Daniel include an illustration
of
a croquet (SP) match on the St. John's campus, because is is a
representative recognizable icon AND johnnies - current, alumni and
parents - might be a ready market for a really adorable little
calendar.
If the artist is willing, should he or should he not include the
liberty tree in the scene (or is it too late to play on that
sentimentality?) And what month on the calendar should it be presented.
Also what day in 2004 is the match set for. We should include it in the
text of the calendar as an event with or without illustrative
representation.
Love,
Chris

I have all my pictures on my computer now. I don't know if people are interested in seeing them, and if they are, how to show them to people.

So, last night I downloaded the divx stuff the computer was missing, but apparently the stuff I downloaded had adware, and Connor's disappointed with me, cause I didn't think to go to KaZaA and get the version divx.com wanted me to pay for.

So, my brother managed to fix all the problems the computer was having, like the fact that any link you clicked on that would open up a new window, in that new window, there would be nothing to see, that you kept getting almost random "runtime" errors, that AIM seemed to be virus infected, and he would quarantine it, and I'd get a new one, and all would be good, until the new version of AIM would be virus infected. And now, I wanted to watch Friends but we seem to have lost our audio codecs (his theory was to pretty much reformat the harddrive that had windows and that sort of stuff, so now we're running a much older version of Windows Media Player that has lost most of the codecs). So I thought, hmm, well, I could watch Buffy and I was upstairs having fun watching Buffy and my sister came upstairs, started working on a mask, and then started whining about how we were watching Buffy and could we please watch something else. Which I find really annoying. I didn't want to sit down to watch a movie, cause it was late, so I start watching something, and she joins me, and then starts complaining about my choice.

Peg called for Jyles, who is off Gaming, and she asked if we have power. Cause, apparently, even in Philly there's no power in places. I suppose, though, that we live too close to TMI to be affected by a power plant around Niagra to affect our house.

I think that in the Spring I will go to Sweden. And then after I'm done being in Sweden, I will go to New Zealand. I will get a BUNAC visa and spend a year in New Zealand. Yes. That is my current plan.
