Gyumri isn't demonstrating any emotion I presently feel. I'm not sure I ever want anything as much as a kitten wants a toy that her big sister has. _

The oddest looking church in Boston.  I had never really paid attention, and had always thought it was a particularly attractive abandoned department store.   Also, I like the local Mormon temple better knowing it violated local zoning ordinances.  Anything that violates zoning ordinances is all right in my book.  Also, it's just sort of charming seeing Moroni whenever I drive to work.   _

Nashville seems nice enough, if you like that sort of thing.  Is has a sort of healthy, affluent glow to it.  It's almost disreputably clean.  I can't decide if it feels southern, midwestern, or appalachian.  It superficially resembles a lot of midwestern river towns in layout and architecture, but it's also jumping up and down and saying hey, I'm southern really!  Look at the hat!  It's too healthy and well connected to feel appalachian, too cowboy to feel southern in the way I'm used to, and well, has too much topology to feel midwestern.   The ribs were just okay, and the politicians are really pretty special. _

Our current batch of kittens are known collectively as the bowling balls, for their dawn ritual of running into walls. This evening, they will be exchanged for a younger set. The room they're in will henceforth be known as the Kätzchengarten. Does anyone have any stinkbombs, err, air fresheners, of which they are fond? I had thought I was catagorically opposed to the devices, but the kittens are making me reconsider. _
